GGD fixed low-voltage distribution cabinet how to calculate the use of copper bar? And the use of copper row in different distribution cabinets

Release time:2020-12-29Click:1016

GGD Type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution system with 50Hz AC, rated voltage of 380V, rated current of 1000A to 3150A, etc. , power conversion, distribution and control of lighting and distribution equipment.

As one of the most widely used cabinet types in complete switchgear, GGD fixed low-voltage distribution cabinet may gradually be replaced by drawer cabinet in the future, but it is still widely used in many industries at present, however, many new friends are not very familiar with the GGD switch structure, or even just seen pictures, not seen the real thing. So many friends for the use of copper bar is not very clear, and copper bar costs often occupy a side of the majority of the costs of the cabinet, this article for you to introduce in detail.

GGD Can often be used as a line cabinet, contact cabinet, outlet cabinet, Capacitor Cabinet (reactive power compensation control cabinet) and so on.

When the complete set of distribution cabinet is made, the copper bar is a conductive body that we often use. Copper Bar, also known as copper bus bar or copper bus bar, is made of copper, in the circuit from the transmission of electric current and the role of electrical equipment.

Copper bars are widely used in electrical equipment, especially in complete sets of power distribution equipment. Copper bars are commonly used in U, V, W phase busbars, N busbars and PE busbars in distribution cabinets In use, the copper bar is usually marked with the letters of hue or covered with the insulating sleeve representing hue, the Copper Bar of u phase is "yellow" color, the copper bar of v phase is "green" color, the copper bar of w phase is "red" color, the copper bar of Pe bus bar is "yellow and green" color.

1.Use of copper bar in distribution cabinets for various purposes

(1) the incoming wire cabinet (take the three-stage switch as an example) has the cabinet top incoming wire, the cabinet side incoming wire, the cabinet bottom incoming wire branch (generally is the current cable incoming wire) . Generally, the top of the cabinet top is about 200 mm, the top of the cabinet top is about 1.5 m, and the top of the cabinet top is about 1.5 m, and the top of the cabinet top is about the same, the incoming circuit breaker needs to be moved down.

Side Entry Line in many times requires ABCN four side out of the cabinet 0.2 meters, a total of about 3 meters, for the convenience of customers connected to the transformer. The cost of the copper bar for the wire cabinet generally accounts for more than 50% of the cost. The design, installation and production of any step of the copper bar will directly determine the usage of the copper bar. Therefore, in the bidding process, we must quote according to the drawing requirements, the drawing is not clear to timely and customer and Internal Technical Communication. Zero row n need from the bottom of the cabinet to the top out, plus the middle need to bend fixed, generally about 2.5 m. The lower end of the circuit breaker needs to be reflowed to the bus bar, the three-phase ABC of the three-phase backflow bar is about 1.5 m each (2.2 m with a knife switch) , plus the average lap of the lower end of the circuit breaker is about 1 M. The upper end of ABC is 0.8 m, the lower end is 0.7 m, and the upper end of zero row bus bar is connected. Double if it's a double.

2. Related examples

The following is an example to calculate the amount of copper bar used in a wire inlet cabinet: First: the GGD on the wire inlet cabinet without the wire inlet knife switch needs ABC three-phase (1.5 + 1.5 + 1) * 3 = 12 m + 0-row N needs 2.5 m; Type 2: ABC three-phase switch with feed line (1.5 + 2.2 + 1) * 3 = 14.1 m + 0 row 2.5 m, type 3: ABC three-phase switch without feed line (0.8 + 1.5 + 1) * 3 = 9.9 m + 0 row N Requires 2 m, type 4: Side Feed (0.8 + 2.2 + 1) * 3 = 12 m + 0 row 2 M. Type 5: Lower Entry Line (0.8 + 0.7) * 3 = 4.5 m.

(2) GGD contact cabinet and the amount of copper into the line is almost the same, can be calculated in the same way.

(3) GGD out of the cabinet is basically the same, but the number of out-of-circuit. The upper end of the knife switch is 1.5 meters, the lower end of the knife switch is 1.2 meters, and the outlet switch conflux is 2 meters (2.5 meters by 1 meter and 3 meters by 1.2 meter by 1.2 meter) . If the upper end and the lower end of the knife switch are double, no change in the row. Outlet cabinet empty open top branch row 0.9 meters a calculation, size according to the choice of empty open model. Single Knife 1.5 + 1.2 + 2 = 4.7 m open upper branch row 0.9 m * loop number of single knife 3 + 2.4 + 2 = 7.4 m

(4) GGD capacitor cabinet knife switch upper 1.5 m, lower 1.2 m, cONFLUX row 2 meters: 1.5 + 1.2 + 2 = 4.7 meters. Above is the copper row in GGD distribution cabinet in the use of the calculation, we hope to help.
