A Merry Christmas

2.Background of the event

In this era of violent cultural collision, Christmas Eve, although the Western holidays, but more and more appear in our lives. Christmas is a time for family and friends to wish each other well. In this joyful, lively time, lets everybody spend together relaxed, joyful, harmonious, has the love festival.

3.Objectives of the event

(1)Christmas Eve is the eve of Christmas Day. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are not as familiar to us as the traditional Chinese festivals. This activity can let us experience the cultural festivals of other countries and feel their different charms. 

(2)Create a united and upward, vibrant and beautiful atmosphere. With this atmosphere, we can communicate with each other, showing the different vitality and style outside work; 

(3)Increase the support to the company, improve the staff's intimacy to the company. Build a harmonious collective, we exchange with each other, promote the better development of the company.

6. Activity flow

1) pre-activity preparation: 

(1)Buy Big Christmas trees, cards, hats, balloons, ribbons, decorations (bells, snowflakes, bows, gift boxes, lanterns, etc.) . 

(2)Buy Fruit, candy, peanuts and other snacks; 

(3)Prepare colored paper, scissors, pencils, glue, Paper Cups, etc. . Prepare Quiz boards and prizes for the Games.

2) programme schedule: 

(1)In the afternoon, we decorate the Christmas tree and company walls, Gates, etc. (and play a merry Christmas Song) .

 (2)At 5:00 pm, each participant will be given a small card, a Christmas hat, a message of good wishes and put them in a box. After the activity, each participant will draw a card at random and share the joy of fate. 

(3)5:30 p.m. on the game stage. Divide into three groups of two. In each group, one person drew a picture based on the words, and the other person guessed the words based on the pattern, with a time limit of 10 seconds. The one with the most correct answers gets a small prize. 

(4)6:00 pm, everyone tidy up and clean up the scene, the activity is over.
